AssociateDirector (Qual)

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Research, the role of an Associate Director is to manage client research projects and drive high quality research reporting and analytics. The role will require you to bring research and analytical expertise to projects, especially in design and reporting, drawing upon a strong combination of both qualitative and quantitative experience. In addition, you will have responsibility for supporting the Head of Research in the generation of new business within the team’s client base.


Responsibilities

  • Bring research and analytical expertise to projects in order to provide and present high quality research reporting and analytics outputs that engage clients

  • Coordinate and manage client research projects and the delivery of agreed insight to clients

  • Manage and develop a team of senior researchers and research executives that deliver value to our clients

  • Build strong relationships with our clients

  • Support the Head of Insight in ensuring the achievement of client and team revenue targets and revenue growth

  • Generate business through active client development and networking within the team’s client base and high quality proposalwriting

  • Identify opportunities to add further value for clients and the company

  • Work closely with clients and colleagues to support innovation and the development of accounts and the services we provide

  • Proven experience of the interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data that meets client’sneeds

  • Experience of communicating complex ideas and information simply to a wide audience

  • Experience in working with clients and developing positive client relationships

  • Excellent written and oral communicationskills

  • Team management and developmentskills

  • Experience of implementing/managing research projects with a track record in working within fast-turn aroundprojects
